Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of automatic knives, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used or sharpened knives – For safety and hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized knives – These are made specifically for you
- Opened blister packs or damaged original packaging
- Knives showing signs of wear, modification, or disassembly

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging, include your Return Authorization Number visible on the outside, and ship to:
